At present, the domestic giants have rich experience in dispersing equipment. Because the nitrogen system is relatively complicated, the dispersing operation of the nitrogen system requires high equipment.
Jet pulverization: Use JZDB nitrogen protection pulverizer to perform ultra-fine pulverization in a nitrogen environment to prevent oxidation. The purpose of using jet pulverization is to pulverize high-hardness iron powder to micron level, and the use of nitrogen protection system for pulverization is to prevent oxidation and explosion.

Polyferric sulfate is widely used in the purification treatment of drinking water, industrial water, various industrial wastewater, urban sewage, and sludge dehydration.
Handling and storage
Operation precautions: airtight operation, local exhaust. Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter dust masks, chemical safety glasses, rubber acid and alkali resistant clothing, and rubber acid and alkali resistant gloves. Keep away from flammable and combustible materials. Avoid generating dust. Avoid contact with alkalis and alcohols. Pay particular attention to avoid contact with water. When handling, load and unload with care to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may be harmful residues.
Precautions for storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The relative humidity is kept below 75%. The packaging must be sealed and protected from moisture. It should be stored separately from combustible materials, alkalis, alcohols, etc., and avoid mixed storage. It should not be stored for a long time to avoid deterioration. The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain the leakage.
