The measures come as Russian energy giant Gazprom recently warned that it would sharply cut gas supplies to Europe, the report said.

The common plastic polypropylene was modified by SiO2 nanoparticles, and its main technical indexes (water absorption, insulation resistance, compression residual deformation, flexural strength, etc.) reached or exceeded the performance index of engineering plastic nylon 6.

 

Paint

It can improve the poor suspension stability, thixotropy, weather resistance and scrubbing resistance of the coating, greatly improve the bonding strength between the film and the wall, increase the hardness of the film, and improve the surface self-cleaning ability.

 

Rubber

Silica is known as silica. After adding a small amount of nano-SiO2 to ordinary rubber, the strength, wear resistance and aging resistance of the products reach or exceed those of high-grade rubber products, and the color can remain unchanged for a long time.

 

Pigment (dyeing) material

By adding nano SiO2 to the surface modification of organic dye, not only the aging resistance of organic dye is greatly improved, but also the brightness, hue and saturation are improved to some extent, which greatly broadens the grade and application range of organic dye.

 

Ceramics

Using nano silica instead of nano Al2O3 can not only play the role of nano-particles, but also the second phase particles, which can improve the strength, toughness, hardness and elastic modulus of ceramic materials. Using nano-SiO2 to composite ceramic substrate can improve the compactness, toughness and finish of the substrate, and greatly reduce the sintering temperature.

 

Sealants and binders

With the addition of nano-SiO2, a layer of organic material on its surface forms a network structure and a silica structure, which can restrain the flow of colloid, accelerate the curing speed, improve the bonding effect, and increase the tightness and impermeability of the product.

The grafting and bonding of nanoparticles with organic polymers increase the toughness, tensile strength, impact strength and heat resistance of the materials.

The latest poll by CSA for consumer finance company Cofidis shows the French are taking action to trim their budgets as inflation erodes household purchasing power.  

According to Le Figaro, the poll shows that French people think they need to earn an average of 490 euros more a month in order to live a decent life. This is an increase of 23 euros compared to the purchasing power barometer published in September 2021. Amid inflation and international tensions, this average in the polls masks differences among households, with some social groups much more severely affected by the decline in purchasing power than others. Seventy-eight percent of single-parent households, 76 percent of 25-to 34-year-olds, and 72 percent of blue-collar workers said the international situation had had a negative impact on their personal finances, compared with 64 percent of all French people.  

In response to rising prices, soaring energy, and food prices, in particular, the French government is preparing to launch a package of measures designed to increase the purchasing power, such as extending the energy price protection mechanism, the extension of the fuel discount measures, and more targeted alternative measures, will be distributed inflation-linked pension and social security benefits, check the "food" and so on.
