Flake graphite is easy to grind mechanically into flat form. Due to its circular design, LiB Anode is more dense in graphite. Graphite is more energetic than graphite but has a larger charge potential.
To remove elements like SiO2, FeO2 etc., you need to clean heroidized graphite. When it comes to purifying graphite, there are many options. Two options are available: thermal purification by high-temperature ovens and active acid purification using Hydrofluoric Acids. There are pros and disadvantages to each technique.
It is possible to purify water using active acid purification. But, it is neither reliable nor secure. The water is heated using thermal heating. Thermal heating, although more expensive than acid is safer and causes less environmental damage than the acid process.
