Preparation method of calcium stearate by saponification
Add the CaCl and NaOH solutions to the reactor in a stoichiometric proportion, stir to mix, add the dispersant and emulsifier, and maintain the temperature constant. Stir to get a mixed solution. Stearic Acid and Calcium Hydroxide will react to produce calcium stearate that is uniformly distributed throughout the emulsion. n-octanol, modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous (mass concentration 10%) is added to the reactor and stirred for 0.5-20s.
