Stearic Acid Amide Emulsion:
Stearic acidamideamide is a white oil. The product is safe for the environment, is not toxic, isn't polluting, is non-hazardous and is environmentally friendly. The product can be easily dispersed in water, has low viscosity and is highly dispersible.
Stearamide may also be known as stearamide. It has the chemical formula C17H35CONH2. Stearic acidamide is insoluble when mixed with water. It can be slightly soluble at room temperature in organic solvents. It is able to improve dispersion effects and the affinity of dyes.
Excellent adhesion and lubricity. No moisture absorption. You can mix it with paraffin wax. Ammonium salt is created by reacting stearic Acid and ammonia. It then gets dehydrated to get the final product. It is a good, smooth product that has low hygroscopicity. Use it as a pigment ink mixed agent, surface-active and fiber oil agent.
The use of stearamide in thermal paper coatings can serve as both a sensor and slip agent, and as an anti-blocking and slip agent for polyolefin films. How does Stearic Acid Amide Emulsion get made?
Insoluble in water, stearic Acid amide must be prepared using emulsifiers. The water-based stearic Acid amide Emulsion is still not able to disperse well even after adding an emulsifier or dispersant. Additionally, it can easily precipitate. Long-term storage may also cause flocculation and stratification. Additionally, high-speed stirring is required and grinding is done under heat to make the aqueousstearic acids amide emulsion. The production process can be complicated.

First, add the water-based water-basedstearic Acid amide to water. Next stir for 60 minutes at 2500r/min. Then add defoamer (preservative) and continue stirring for another 40 min. This will produce an aqueous solution of stearic. This prepared water-based, stearic-acid amide-amide emulsion contains 41.7% solids. It has a viscosity level of 146mPa*S. After 30 minutes of centrifugation at 20000r/min, the defoamer and preservative were added to the mixture. Stearic-acid amide emulsion was kept at 20-35 degrees Celsius for three months with no flocculation or delamination.

Stearic Acid Amide Emulsion:
Stearamide can be used to lubricate and release molds for polyvinylchloride, polystyrene, and other plastics.
Stearamide is often used with oleamide-erucamide as an antiblocking agent to polyolefin film films.
Stearamide, unlike the common inorganic antiblocking agents (silica), does not affect the product's transparency. Stearamide is used to release synthetic rubber, natural rubber, and as a lubricant for rubber compound processing. This gives it a high Gloss.
The sensitizer of thermal paper is made from stearic Acid amide Ultrafine Aqueous Dispersion.
The ultra-fine, water-based, stearic Acid amide dispersion serves as textile waterproofing, fibre softener, antistatic and wetting agents, and fixing aid.
